The CPR and First Aid training programs follow protocol issued by the American Health and Safety Institute. The CPR program is intended to convey and demonstrate the recommended lifesaving care that may be necessary at the scene of an emergency. The First Aid program provides guidelines regarding immediate/temporary care that is administered to the injured or suddenly ill person. Employers delivering these training programs to various employee groups may potentially reduce their company's health and safety liability insurance.

The new employee orientation program focuses on providing employers with a toolkit of guidelines whose goal is to recruit, secure, and retain the best talent, helping to reduce employee turnover costs.

The mentoring program provides recommendations to potential mentors identified within corporations on how to become successful mentors to junior colleagues producing benefits at all staff levels.

The communications program addresses traditional and dynamic speaking methods and identifies barriers to effective communication, allowing individuals to tap into inherent talent.

The leadership program features the essentials of discipline and self-management that create a solid foundation for leading others in a variety of organizations.

The motivation program offers various perspectives and ideas on developing methods and incentives for achieving goals and retaining valuable human resources.

Ski-Squared is able to customize the deliverables of existing programs or create new programs to meet clients' specific goals. Tying in an organization's mission, customer service or vision statement, principle values, culture/philosophy, or identified goals are various methods by which Ski-Squared customizes or redesigns program deliverables to fulfill existing ambitions or long-term potential.
